    Our office is located on the corner of Maitland Blvd. and N Maitland Ave. Our building is handicap accessible with elevator access, as we are located on the second floor of the building. This includes entry to the building, restrooms, waiting room, and doctor's offices.

    We’re located in the Lake Faith Professional Building just above the Cohn Eye Center and Bosley, next door to Advanced Urogynecology.

    To find our office:

    The Maitland office is easily accessible from I-4. Take the Maitland Blvd. exit heading east for about 2.8 miles. You can enter the complex by either turning left onto N. Maitland Ave. and taking a right into the lot, or by turning left just after N. Maitland Ave.

    From Orlando Avenue, simple turn onto Maitland Blvd. and our office complex will be your second right.
