About Amber Regal, LMHC

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have worked in the mental health/substance abuse field for 10 years, treating individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transition and substance abuse issues. I have a warm, empathetic approach to therapy and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness techniques to help you feel better. I have a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University. I am also a Certified Addictions Professional through the Florida Certification Board. I strive to provide support and guidance to help individuals achieve a life they desire.
