Each person has their own story that shapes them and the problems they're currently experiencing. So, as a clinical mental health counselor, I am insight-oriented; I love to assist my clients in understanding and gaining insight into their own inner workings, motivations, strengths, and behavioral patterns. Through my work, I strive to foster a safe space where clients can tell their stories, examine their past relationships and attachment patterns, and uncover the ways in which these dynamics shape their present. As such, I have successfully worked with and facilitated growth with a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults; all with a range of concerns, such as depression, personality disorders, anger, grief, loneliness, social skills, and more.
