About Giuliana Fernandez, RMHCI

Giuliana Fernandez is a Registered Mental Health Clinical Intern in Florida who has been practicing since 2019. Giuliana used to believe that change was a process that we could all make on our own. After many years of studying and practicing, she realized that it is ok to ask for help and understand that changes need more than just a desire. Motivation, inspiration, and enthusiasm are key to successful outcomes in counseling but there are other things she will always consider. As a clinician, Giuliana’s objective is to comprehend a client’s motivations and requirements for counseling and to encourage them to make choices. Creating a strong therapeutic alliance is crucial to her work, but it is only possible if the clinician and client work together to forge this alliance. Giuliana will assist clients in setting goals and discuss all of their needs. She will maintain a high level of sensitivity and empathy to comprehend the client’s needs. She appreciates the importance of creating a safe environment where clients will feel motivated to invest time in their overall well-being and will do so. Giuliana eagerly anticipates assisting you on this path to feeling better. Other than Giuliana’s love and passion for helping people, she is a voice-over actor. She also loves cooking and being in contact with mother nature, there is nothing she enjoys more than a long and beautiful road trip that includes hiking, biking, walking, and as much ocean as possible!
