Grace is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida. She has provided individual, couple, and group counseling to clients with a variety of mental health concerns. These include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, multicultural concerns, identity development, LGBTQ+ concerns, suicidal ideation, stress, career exploration, low self-esteem, anger management, sexual assault, and other traumas. Grace treats clients between the ages of 15-90 by tailoring her therapeutic approach for each person’s unique needs. She often pulls from a variety of approaches that may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, reality therapy, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, brainspotting, and mindfulness-based approaches. In short, she believes in using an integrative, holistic, and multicultural approach with her clients in order to better understand and assist them with their unique concerns. In her free time, Grace likes to snuggle with her 2 dogs (Doak and Bowden), try new restaurants and recipes with her spouse, read by the pool, watch tv, listen to true crime podcasts, and spend time at the theme parks in the area. Grace has a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University.
