About Jacqueline Carlson, PMHNP

Jacqueline Carlson is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Florida who has been practicing since 2002. Integrity, empathy, caring, and honesty are the principles that forge the foundation of Jacqueline’s practice. Being entrusted by an individual to guide them through difficult times is a privilege. Everyone has the right to happiness, but sometimes we need help. Jacqueline is grateful to have been afforded the opportunity to attain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to help others achieve their best selves. Jacqueline has worked in the mental health field for twenty years and knows that the most critical component for achieving health and wellness goals is the individual’s desire to live their best life. Taking care of ourselves is not always easy when we are trying to mitigate the demands of our everyday lives, and we are not born with the tools to do it alone. Jacqueline employs a comprehensive, collaborative, holistic approach to help individuals build their mental health tool chests and target their goals for overall wellness and improved quality of life. Jacqueline loves being with her family and, outside of her practice, achieves her best her through knitting and crocheting.
