Jean is in her ninth year of working as a Counselor. She has a broad range of experience that includes anxiety, depression, couples counseling, life transitions, emotional and impulse management, and addiction. Jean’s approach to therapy is to help each person learn how to manage and change false beliefs, self-imposed mental limits, and disruptive thoughts to reduce feelings of helplessness, despondency and self-defeating behaviors. Through self-reflection, practical application, and goals, Jean strives to help clients recognize and realize their strengths, value, acceptance of imperfections, and ability to manage life’s challenges.
Jean is multilingual offering sessions in German and English.
