About Ksenia Kogan, RMHCI

Ksenia is a mental health counselor specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and panic disorder. Ksenia is a trauma certified therapist who widely uses EMDR and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) well known as tapping to help people who have experienced complex trauma, PTSD, and other mental health issues to resolve emotional intensity and find inner strengths to achieve overall well-being. Ksenia provides therapeutic services to individuals with emphasis on client’s growth, self-actualization, and successful outcomes and uses eclectic and traditional strength-based therapeutic orientation with a belief that all individuals have the capacity to gain insight and make necessary changes for a healthy life. Having Russian roots, Ksenia can provide services to the Russian and Ukrainian population, especially now when people are going through a crisis, being exposed to a war related traumatic events, and experiencing its impact.


Ksenia is passionate towards her work with children, adolescents, adults who have dual diagnoses and co-occurring disorders as well as couples and families. Ksenia has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and graduated with a Distinguished scholar award, recognizing the highest final GPA level in the program. In her free time, Ksenia enjoys spending time with her family, children, and friends. Ksenia is passionate about traveling, learning about other cultures, and writing poetry in Russian.
