Simply put, I look at life as the ultimate road trip. We never know where our 'travels' will take us. And just like our vehicles need regular tune-ups, so does the human mind. I invite you to stop by for some 'mental maintenance work' so you can hop back on 'your road' and continue your life's adventures with contentment and peace of mind.
As a psychotherapist and certified professional life coach, I especially enjoy working with individuals dealing with confusion and chaos resulting from mid-life transitions such as job loss, divorce, etc.
