Michele has a diverse background working in a variety of behavioral health settings for over 24 years, including traditional outpatient therapy services, in-home therapy services, crisis intervention, behavioral analysis, foster care, inpatient assessments, medical social work, court ordered services, parent education and training, group home and sheltered workshop for individuals with developmental disabilities, nursing homes and clinical management.
Michele earned her Bachelor of Science Degree, Majoring in Psychology, from the University of Florida in 1992. She went on to earn a Master of Social Work Degree, with Honors, from the University of South Florida in 1998. Michele has previously held a certification as a Certified Behavioral Analyst. Michele has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2003. In 2016, Michele completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which she provides to children and adults. Michele provides a client-centered, strengths-based orientation in her work with children, adults, and families.
